Summer is just around the corner, and the season for light, fresh salads has already begun. Assorted salads, with pasta, or a mixture of lettuce, or fruit; accompanied by turkey, chicken, tuna, tuna belly or eels. There are endless combinations.
Taking advantage of the good weather, Velarte brings you a recipe that everyone likes and that is a departure from a typical lettuce salad with its meaningless ingredients.
